How is a calçotada made?
The basic elements of a gastronomic calçotada Valls are spring onions with sauce specially created to accompany the lamb and sausage (or "sausage") on the grill, and desserts (oranges, Catalan cream and pastries) . Drinks are genuinely accompany food wine and cava. The ritual begins on calçotada all the delicate operation of preparing the "spring onions" that involves cutting green leaves to a certain extent and roots.
